Prenatal

You are pregnant and looking forward to your baby's arrival. Would you like to sleep better now, prepare better for the postpartum period and how to deal with the sleep of the coming baby? Start this journey prepared to connect with your baby and his/her needs, keeping in mind good sleep habits for the whole family.
During pregnancy, due to physiological, physical and emotional changes, it is natural to have difficulty sleeping. In this consultation we will talk about these difficulties, habits and techniques that can be included in your routine to improve your quality of sleep. In addition to caring for you in the pre-delivery period, I will also help you to prepare for the postpartum period, talking about what to expect from the baby's sleep in these first months, ways to create a routine that also includes your rest, as well as techniques to calm the baby and help him/her develop the circadian rhythm as he/she grows.

- Initial assessment (questionnaire)

- Counseling consultations (2 or 3, as necessary)

- Development of a personalized sleep plan

-30 days of monitoring the process through unlimited emails and/or phone messages.
