SLEEP CONSULTANCY

Newborns and babies up to 3 months

During your pregnancy, you probably heard a lot "Sleep when your baby sleeps". Now your baby is born and you are thinking: "Now, what do I do? How?" In your consultancy we will discuss what to expect from the baby's sleep, techniques on how to calm him/her and how to cultivate good sleep habits.

In this age group the baby is still developing his/her circadian rhythm and can slowly be inserted into a routine that favors the development of good sleep habits during the day and night. After knowing the routine of your family, I will guide you in the development of these habits taking into account your family dynamics. Prior to counseling, you will answer a questionnaire and from there a personalized plan will be delivered. I will then support you with any questions or concerns that arise, as well as any necessary changes during the implementation process.

This type of consultation is not intended to teach the baby to fall asleep independently since he/she is not yet equipped for it. In this consultation you will learn how to cultivate the soil to implement good sleeping habits. You will then be able to gently guide your child to develop the ability to sleep more independently when he/she reaches the appropriate stage of development.

- Initial assessment (questionnaire)

- Counseling consultation (2 or 3, as needed)

- Development of a personalized sleep plan

- Support: 30 days of monitoring the process through unlimited emails and/or messages over the phone.
